The property was lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. The location was top, the public spaces were neat and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. The venue was near Inverness downtown. Liked that it was 10 minutes' walk from the train station.
All good — we enjoyed our stay — food was freshly made and obliging staff. Lovely view, a small balcony, super bed, too. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Besides, the area was touristic, next to old high st stephen's church. Amazing facilities and the pool was amazing. We had an excellent stay at this lovely boutique hotel.
The staff was FABULOUS and the location was ideal. A shopping mall and a market were right next door. Besides, it was within walking distance of inverness museum art gallery. Had complimentary drinks in the downstairs bar.
Immaculate location and facilities, lovely experience. Near to the shops and the markets in Inverness.
We were there for 2 nights, overall had a very very good stay. Very neat place accompanied by kind staff. Room was so gorgeous and spotless. Decent location, within a walking distance of an 18th - century church.
Very clean and the staff was lovely. Double room had everything you could need. I didn't like the bed, it was uncomfortable yet I loved the stay overall. Useful base for exploring Inverness.
Upgraded hotel, great value. The breakfast was vegan and the place was perfectly clean. Satisfactory location, though the area was horrible. Our room was modest and modest, besides, the bed was great. Staff were happy to help and high quality. Poolside bar and lovely pool.
It had really bad views.
It made our trip to Inverness a such great experience. Everything was so perfect during our stay though disappointing aspect was dark bathroom. Staff was personable, gave advice about the city. The location was comfy, hotel was close enough to a convenience shop and a market.
Really helpfull staff, the hotel is overall clean and location comfortable central. High quality breakfast, superb service. Walking distance to the perfect beach. It offers fast check-in too.
our hotel is set in a central location. and it's about 5 minutes' walk from victorian market. btw, their receptionist is top!
Super large bed and good location in the city.
Bed linen partly dirty. The fire doors that are installed in the corridors slam very loudly and at night you can hear them for several floors. Since the hotel is quite large, you can hear a door every few minutes. Bathroom fan runs on forever and the room and the hotel smelled strange
The rooms in the hotel correspond to a good standard. The central location of the hotel is ideal for extended shopping tours in the pedestrian zone.
We had a room facing the backyard, with the window open the whole night a penetrating ventilation system was audible. A little more enthusiasm would also be required from the staff, there was little noticeable friendliness here.
Friendly staff on site; Good and central location;
Parking location is very bad, you have to park in the parking garage at the station.
Beautiful room, great location
Who needs only one overnight accomodation it is ok
old and musty
